Every puppy born at Laura & Scott Springer Home is a purebred English Springer Spaniel eligible for AKC registration. Before joining your family, your puppy will undergo a strict veterinary examination and will be issued a certified health clearance.
We follow a meticulous medical protocol. At 3, 5, and 7 weeks, puppies are treated for intestinal parasites. They also receive their preliminary core vaccinations (distemper, adenovirus, parvovirus, etc.) before adoption day.
Buyer Responsibility: You must complete the remaining vaccination series (typically ending around 16 weeks). Until then, avoid heavily trafficked public areas like dog parks to protect your puppy from exposure.
To activate your 1-year guarantee, you must schedule an initial wellness exam with a licensed veterinarian within 5 business days of bringing your puppy home.
If a severe, life-threatening congenital defect is identified by your vet during this window, you may return the puppy for a full refund or choose a replacement from our next available litter. (A formal veterinary statement is required).
Should a life-threatening genetic defect present itself before the puppy's first birthday, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value from a future litter. (Refunds are not issued after the initial 5-day window).
Our guarantee specifically covers life-threatening genetic anomalies. It does not cover routine, treatable conditions such as umbilical hernias, entropion, cherry eye, allergies, external/internal parasites (coccidia, giardia, worms), or physical injuries sustained after adoption.
