Laura & Scott Springer Home

This agreement is entered into between Laura & Scott Springer Home ("Breeder") and the undersigned ("Adopter"), establishing the terms for the placement of a purebred English Springer Spaniel.

1. Puppy Identification

The Breeder agrees to place, and the Adopter agrees to receive, an English Springer Spaniel identified as follows:

• Color/Markings: ___________________________

2. Financial Commitment

The agreed adoption fee for the puppy is $___________. A non-refundable reservation fee of $___________ was received on ______________ to secure the Adopter's position. The remaining balance of $___________ must be settled prior to or at the time of transfer.

3. Wellness Warranty

The Breeder confirms the puppy is in excellent health upon departure. The Adopter is required to schedule a veterinary examination within 5 business days. Should a life-threatening congenital defect be identified within the first year, the Breeder will offer a replacement puppy of equal value. 4. Adopter Obligations

The Adopter commits to the following:

• Maintaining a secure, loving, indoor environment.
• Providing high-quality nutrition, regular veterinary checkups, and daily exercise.
• Right of Return: The puppy must never be surrendered to a shelter. If the Adopter can no longer provide care, Laura & Scott Springer Home must be contacted immediately to reclaim the dog or assist in rehoming.

5. AKC Registration Status

This puppy is placed with Limited AKC Registration (non-breeding status) unless a separate breeding contract is executed. The Adopter agrees to alter (spay/neuter) the puppy at an age deemed appropriate by their veterinarian.
